Connecting to a broker API or trading through other means using research results does not transfer that responsibility. Historical backtests, simulations, charts and AI explanations do not guarantee future profit or actual fills.

Results can be affected by data errors or gaps, calculation faults, communication delays or outages, specification changes and configuration mistakes. Accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, continuous connectivity, profit and loss avoidance are not guaranteed.

The current broker integration is a read-only implementation in the main source candidate. Published checks do not establish a successful real-terminal connection or live-trading readiness. Real order submission and cancellation are disabled.

Users must manage their accounts, passwords, API tokens, devices and access permissions. Do not place secrets or private account data in public materials or AI prompts.

Users must confirm broker terms, permission, fees and data-use conditions. Naming a broker or linking its documentation does not establish endorsement, affiliation or permission to use KabuForge.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KabuForge’s providers and developers limit liability for users’ investment decisions, trading outcomes, missed opportunities and third-party service failures. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
